How are the wines selected?

Every month, we participates in rigorous wine tastings, carefully evaluating and selecting wines based on their quality, flavour profile, and overall experience. This ensures that each bottle chosen is not only of high quality but also perfectly balanced to suit your palate.

Will I receive tasting notes with my wines?

Yes! With every delivery, you’ll receive detailed tasting notes for each wine. These notes provide valuable insights into the wine’s flavour profile, aromas and vineyards estate history and background, so you can connect with the wine on a deeper level.

Where does Dardivino deliver?

We currently deliver throughout mainland UK. Unfortunately, we can't ship to Northern Ireland, Scotland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands or international addresses at this time.

How are the wines packaged?

Our wines are securely packaged in custom-designed boxes with specialised inserts that protect each bottle during transit. We use eco-friendly packaging materials wherever possible.

What if a bottle arrives damaged?

In the rare event that a bottle arrives damaged, please take a photo and contact our customer service by sending an email within 48 hours, we'll arrange a replacement bottle.

When will I be charged for my subscription?

Your account will be charged as soon as you buy a subscription or a one time purchase package and you'll receive the wine within a week.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time with 1 month notice through your account dashboard or by sending us an email. There are no cancellation fees or minimum subscription period.

Is there a minimum commitment period?

No, there is no minimum commitment. You can cancel after receiving your first box if you wish, although we hope you'll love our selections enough to stay!
