1. Introduction

Welcome to Dardivino, a monthly wine subscription service. By subscribing to our wine delivery service, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our services. If you do not agree to these terms, do not subscribe to our service.

2. Subscription Service

Dardivino provides a monthly subscription service delivering wine selections to your doorstep. Upon subscribing, you will receive monthly shipments of curated wines.

  • Subscription Plans: We offer various subscription plans, which may vary in terms of quantity and wine selection. Your plan is outlined during the sign-up process.
  • Payments: Your subscription will be charged monthly, in advance. The first payment will be processed at the time of subscription, and subsequent charges will occur on a recurring monthly basis, unless cancelled.
  • Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us through the website or sending us an email to info@dardivino.co.uk. Notification of cancellation must be received within 30 days of your next monthly subscription charge. 

3. Eligibility

To subscribe to our service, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Have a valid credit or debit card for payment.
  • Provide accurate and complete billing and shipping information.
  • Reside in United Kingdom where our service is only available.

4. Payment Terms

  • Pricing: The subscription price is clearly stated at the time of subscription. Prices are subject to change, but you will be notified in advance of any price adjustments.
  • Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit/debit cards or other methods as available during checkout.
  • Late Payments: If a payment is not processed due to insufficient funds or incorrect information, we may suspend or cancel your subscription until payment is received.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping: We will ship the wine to the address you provide at the time of subscription. Shipping costs may apply, depending on your location and subscription plan.
  • Delivery: We are not responsible for any delays caused by third-party shipping carriers. Delivery times may vary based on location and availability of products.
  • Age Verification: Our shipments require an adult signature upon delivery. You may not receive your wine if the delivery person is unable to verify that you are 18 or older.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • Damaged order: If you receive a damaged order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will offer a refund or replacement at our discretion.
  • Cancellation Refunds: If you cancel your subscription, you will not be refunded for the current billing cycle. However, you will not be billed again after cancellation.
  • No Returns on Alcohol: Due to the nature of alcohol, we do not accept returns for reasons other than product damage or delivery errors.

7. Content Ownership

All content, including images, descriptions, and branding related to the Service, is owned by Dardivino or our licensors and is protected by copyright law. You may not use any of this content without our written permission.

8. User Responsibilities
